MÁDICÓ Label Return Policy

By purchasing products from MB MÁDICÓ Label (hereinafter – the Buyer), you confirm that you have read and agree with these Rules.

According to Article 6.228 (1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania: “The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. If the consumer concludes a purchase-sale contract (hereinafter – the Contract) using only means of communication, they have the right to withdraw from the Contract by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods. If the Buyer purchased several goods under one Contract, they have the right to fully withdraw from all goods purchased under that Contract or only from certain items.”

High-quality items may be returned within 14 days if:

  • The returned item is in its original, intact packaging;
  • The item is unused and undamaged;
  • The item has retained its original appearance (labels are intact, protective films or bags are not removed, etc.);
  • The returned item is complete with all documentation provided by the manufacturer;
  • The purchase receipt or warranty card (if issued) is presented with the return.

High-quality items CANNOT be returned if they are:
Products made to the Buyer’s individual order or clearly customized (for example: waist or hip measurements, individually adjusted length or width).

Defective items may be returned within 14 days if:

  • The product has defects or faults not caused by the Buyer;
  • The product cannot be repaired.

Important! A product is not considered defective if its shape, properties, or appearance have changed due to improper care.

Product Returns:
The Buyer may return purchased goods by submitting a written request (in free form) sent to: info@madicolabe.com
. Within 4–5 business days, the Seller will provide further instructions.

The Buyer must not return items independently without the Seller’s prior instructions, as such returns will not oblige the Seller to accept the item.

Refunds:
The Seller covers the return costs for defective goods. Transportation costs for returning high-quality items are non-refundable. If the item is returned damaged, the Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition. Funds are returned via bank transfer.

Refunds may take up to 14 days from the date the item is received and inspected, depending on payment systems and banks.

If the Buyer paid with a gift voucher, the refunded amount will be returned as a voucher, along with any additional amount paid.

Legal Framework:
The elimination of defects, replacement, or return of defective goods is carried out in accordance with the “Retail Trade Rules” approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.

The return and exchange of suitable quality goods are carried out in accordance with Article 6.228(10)(1) of the Civil Code.

MÁDICÓ Label Shipping Policy

Your parcel will be delivered within 2–3 business days* to the address you provided. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and the postman cannot deliver your parcel, it will be sent to the nearest post office based on your address.

Once the parcel has arrived at the post office, you will receive a notification in your mailbox, which you can use to collect your parcel. Parcels are stored at the post office for 14 days from the date of arrival.

The parcel will be delivered to the Omniva parcel terminal of your choice.

Within 1–3 business days*, your order will arrive at the Omniva terminal in the location most convenient for you (near your home, workplace, or daily route).

Once the parcel has been delivered, you will receive an SMS message, and you can collect it within 7 days, at any time of the day, by entering the special code. More information: www.omniva.lt
