HOW LONG DOES THE SEWING/PRODUCTION TAKE?

If you order a product that is not in stock, it will be made within 8 to 10 business days. IMPORTANT! The shipping time is not included in the production period.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

After dispatch, the product will reach you within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carriers’ workload. If you need the product by a specific date, you must inform us in advance.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. By entering this number into the carrier’s tracking system, you will be able to see the location of your parcel.

AFTER RETURNING AN ITEM, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
